He noted that there is a Mortal Kombat 9 Living Forest tree stage fatality because people used to claim the second game in the series had one, even though it didn’t.

Here’s Boon’s exact explanation about the Mortal Kombat 9 Living Forest tree stage fatality, which included a video from Mortal_Kombat_Addict. That Twitter account shares a different fatality from an entry in the series every day.

In order to perform the Mortal Kombat 9 Living Forest tree stage fatality, you just need to use the traditional stage fatality input. This varies from character to character. In addition to the forest, you can also perform them in stages like The Pit and Subway.

As for the future of the series, a new game is apparently on the way. A Warner Bros. call in February 2023 mentioned Mortal Kombat 12 is in the works.
