HoYoVerse and Pizza Hut will hold a Genshin Impact event in China with in-game rewards and real-life food items. There is also promotional art featuring Eula and Amber. The two of them are holding pizzas that may serve as a limited menu item. More information will appear closer to August 2022, which is when the event will start. [Thanks, Reddit!]
In the art, Eula looks like she is the cook behind the operations, while Amber is the delivery girl. She is even holding a helmet that looks like it has rabbit ears on it. The official Chinese Pizza Hut site does not have information or a page yet for the Genshin Impact event. This does mean that there are no details regarding what in-game rewards Chinese players will be able to access either.
In March 2021, HoYoVerse had a collaboration with KFC, with Diluc and Noelle serving as the spokespeople. In real life, you could get buckets of chicken with Diluc on it. Meanwhile, in-game, you could get KFC-colored wings and there was an Outland Gastronomy event. Though only Chinese players could obtain the wings in the beginning, Western players were able to access them through Twitch subs in November 2021.
Genshin Impact is available on the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. The Pizza Hut event will start in China in August 2022.
