Genshin Impact Story Trailer Focuses on Ayaka and Ayato Kamisato

miHoYo has released a new Genshin Impact story trailer, which features Ayaka and Ayato Kamisato. The short trailer elaborates on Ayaka’s childhood and the relationships she has with her family, particularly the ones with her mother and older brother, Ayato. In the video, Ayaka provides narration as she talks about her dreams and the events that transpired before the Traveler arrived in Inazuma. Both Ayaka and Ayato Kamisato take center stage in the Genshin Impact story trailer. A duel between the two is shown briefly, as it changes the trajectory of Ayaka’s life forever.

Ayaka will return to the pool of available characters in Genshin Impact through a rerun banner. Players will be able to obtain Ayaka starting on April 19, 2022. She will be available alongside Rosaria on the rerun banner. The banner will be available until May 10, 2022. A limited weapon banner will be held alongside the Rosaria and Ayaka rerun banner. It will last for the same duration as the character rerun banner and feature increased rates for certain five-star weapons.

Genshin Impact is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and for Android and iOS devices. It is in development for Nintendo Switch. The Ayaka rerun banner will appear on April 19, 2022.
