The Danganronpa virtual crane game merchandise lineup will begin with acrylic stands of characters standing at the school court on April 22, 2022. The large towels and sleeping cushions will follow in May 2022. The company will complete the lineup with reversible pillow covers and a cloth featuring Kyoko Kirigiri and Chiaki Nanami in swimsuits in June 2022.

Taito Online Crane is a game available on PC browsers and mobile devices in Japan. People residing in the country can play this game anytime to simulate crane games commonly seen in arcades. Players can also have items they won in the game delivered in real life to a Japanese address for free.

The latest entry in the Danganronpa series is Danganronpa Decadence, a compilation of the three mainline titles and Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp released for Nintendo Switch. In January 2022, Spike Chunsoft held a survey that included a question to gauge interest for a Switch port of Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls.
