Type-Moon update! Since Type-Moon’s next major project, Mahou Tsukai no Yoru, has been delayed again, let’s take a look at what else they’ve been up to in terms of merchandise.

You may recall that February 2nd, 2011 sees the release of the Kara no Kyoukai Blu-ray box set with an additional bonus chapter included. While it comes with both Japanese and English subtitles, it also costs 52,500 yen.

Before that, however, Type-Moon and Enterbrain — who publish the Japanese games magazine Famitsu — are publishing Fate/Complete Material III the third volume in a series of books with artwork and insight into the world of Fate/stay Night and related franchises. Among other things, Complete Material III will add art work from Realta Nua, the PlayStation 2 port of Fate/stay Night.

Fate/Complete Material III is set to be published on October 29th, 2010.

And finally, in April 2011, Good Smile are shipping a PVC 1/7 Scale figure of Saber Alter. Amazon have a 26% discount on it, so that brings it to around $90, not including shipping. Personally, I’d recommend this Saber Alter figma instead, which Kris recently picked up and is quite delighted with. It’s way more affordable, too.
