When the March 2022 update comes to Street Fighter V, it will bring new additions and features. For example, the offline cel shading and pixel filter options were two elements Capcom highlighted. But there will be character changes and rebalancing included in it. It turns out a part of that will involve Menat getting a Soul Spark EX version in Street Fighter V.
There’s a trailer going over it. The brief Street Fighter V video shows Menat fighting Cammy. Rather than a full match, it specifically focuses on showing how the Soul Spark EX will look after the March 2022 update.

Street Fighter V is available on the PS4 and PC, and the next update will appear on March 29, 2022. As a reminder, there will be no new DLC coming to the game. We’ll learn more about Street Fighter 6, which will feature new character Luke in some notable way, in Summer 2022.
