The title of the opening is “Mix Nuts” and the title of the ending is “Comedy.” Official Hige Dandism also performed the opening for Tokyo Revengers. Its single, “Pretender,” was number one for seven weeks on the Billboard Japan Hot 100. Gen Hoshino is, aside from a singer, also an actor. He was Buddha in Saint Young Men and the Senpai in The Night Is Short, Walk on Girl.

Spy x Family follows the story of Loid Forger, who is a spy. In order to complete a mission, he creates a false family as a cover. However, unbeknownst to him, his fake wife Yor is an assassin and his fake daughter Anya is a psychic. An example of the series’ humor is present in the trailer, as Anya asks Yor to hold her hand. Unfortunately, her mind-reading powers allow her to hear Yor reminiscing on the time she broke someone’s ribs after hugging them too hard.

Spy x Family will start airing on April 9, 2022. It will also stream on Crunchyroll.
