Square Enix announced Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV will receive a 4K remaster box set on February 9, 2022. It will cost 13,200 yen, or $116. The 4k remaster box set will come with two Blu-Ray discs, an art card, a scenario book, and “File Fragments.” Additionally, the Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV 4k remaster will feature audio commentary from the production team. Square Enix opened a special promotional website for the release of the 4K remaster. The website features several screenshots featuring remastered scenes from Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV. Additionally, it also reveals pre-order bonuses for several stores. This includes the Square Enix e-STORE pre-order bonuses which come with a “Morbol-kun” clear file. Morbol-kun featured in a special Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV cinematic, which showed a nameless man fighting Ultros.

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV is a CGI film set during the events of Final Fantasy XV. The film focuses on the titular Kingsglaive, a group dedicated to the protection of King Regis. While prominent characters from Final Fantasy XV do appear in the film, the narrative mostly focuses on Nyx Ulric and other Kingsglaive members.

Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV is immediately available on DVD and Blu-Ray. The Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy 4K remaster box set will release on February 9, 2022.
