Capcom announced the SFV Luke DLC back in August 2021. He is an entirely new character. He is expected to launch alongside special costumes and colors for him in November 2021.
xLuke is the only “new” character officially in Season Pass 5. This pass also included Akira, Dan, Oro, and Rose DLC fighters. Though people who got the Premium version of the pass would also get Eleven.
Street Fighter V is available for the PS4 and PC. The final SFV Fall Update will be held at 3pm PT/6pm ET on November 23, 2021. An All Character Pack will appear in December 2021.
