The Bloodborne fan-made demake designed to bring the PS4 game to “the PSX” has a release date. On January 31, 2022, people will be able to see this take on the game for free. This comes after Lilith Walther, with help from people like Corwyn Prichard and Evelyn Lark, worked on the project since 2017.
Here’s the Bloodborne PSX demake release date trailer. Keep in mind that this won’t be a full 1:1 remake of Bloodborne. Rather, it will take certain elements, fights, and areas and recreate them as a PlayStation-style game instead. Only some of the more recognizable elements will return in it.

Walther often shared peeks at this project over the years. For example, this is the first demake video showing a Hunter in Unreal Engine. Regularly, additional looks at the Bloodborne project came up on the channel.
Prior to the announcement, Walther showed the Bloodborne PSX introduction. While the full game won’t be recreated, this does stay mostly true to the original.
The Bloodborne PSX demake release date is January 31, 2022.
