The Monster Hunter Stories 2 video begins with looks at the Kulve Taroth “boss” and the Hellblade Glavenus and Boltreaver Astalos Monsties. Then, it gets into more detail. It reminds people Kulve Taroth is a co-op exclusive monster fight. Then, it mentions that the new quests are the four-star delivery Dealin’ for Dunkers and eight-star co-op quests Fire Eggs, Thunder Eggs, and The Goddess of Gold. As you might imagine, Fire Eggs involves getting Hellblade Glavenus, while Thunder Eggs is for Boltreaver Astalos.

After talking about the first update, there are some details about the August 19, 2021 Monster Hunter Stories 2 free update. Then, the roadmap for updates up through October 2021 is shared again.

Monster Hunter Stories 2 is available for the Switch and PC, and Kulve Taroth, Hellblade Glavenus, and Boltreaver Astalos will be added to the game in an update on August 5, 2021. Over one million copies of the game have been sold so far. It was also July 2021’s most downloaded Switch game.
