Here’s Bandai Namco’s official announcement. It noted that while the online multiplayer servers will take everything offline, people will still be able to take part in local matches.
One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows multiplayer servers will sunset on February 28, 2022. All offline game modes, along with online 1vs1 game matches, will still be available for play.

This means the game’s online element will have been active for exactly two years. One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows launched in Japan on February 27, 2020, followed by a worldwide release on February 28, 2020. It also means people will have time to unlock multiplayer and play online, if they haven’t yet. To access it, you first need to go through the story as your custom hero until you get through the second chapter and can visit Association HQ to fight online.
One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and its online multiplayer servers will close on February 28, 2022.
