Genshin Impact Ayaka Banner and Story Quest Appear This Week

When the Inazuma 2.0 update drops in Genshin Impact on July 21, 2021, the Ayaka banner and story quest will appear alongside it. MiHoYo announced all of the characters can expect to see and test out when the patch goes through. It also offered insight into what people will need to do in order to find out more about “The Homeward Heron.”

First, the Genshin Impact Ayaka banner will also include three characters from Liyue. The five-star Inazuma heroine will be joined by the four-stars Chongyun, Ningguang, and Yanfei. Chongyun is also a Cryo-type character, though he wields a claymore. Both Ningguang and Yanfei use catalysts. They’re also Geo and Pyro characters, respectively. Ayaka is a Cryo unit who wields a sword. All four characters will be available to Test Run, with people earning rewards like Primogems and Hero’s Wits for seeing how they work.

As for the Ayaka story quest, it will be called Grus Nivis Chapter. People won’t be able to jump right into it when the Inazuma update drops. Rather, they first

Rather, they first have to hit a few milestones. You need to reach Adventure Rank 30 or higher. You also need to have gone through The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia, the first of the two new Archon Quests in the game’s second chapter.

Genshin Impact is available on the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. It will eventually appear on the Nintendo Switch. The Genshin Impact 2.0 Inazuma update, which will also add the Ayaka banner and story quest, will launch on July 21, 2021 and will be available until August 10, 2021.
