As part of an array of Anime Expo Lite 2021 announcements, Good Smile Company offered a look at the Gawr Gura Nendoroid. The Hololive Vtuber will soon have her own figure. Unlike many of the announcements during the presentation, this went beyond concept art. People can actually get a look at a painted prototype, some of her face plates, and a few of her accessories.
As is fitting the denizen of the deep, the Gawr Gura Nendoroid appears to be accompanied by a fishy friend. She also wears her trademark shark hoodie. It can be worn with the hood up or down. Two faceplates are shown in the initial images, and both have smiles filled with sharp teeth. In one, her eyes are open, and they’re closed in the other. Gawr Gura can carry a trident. Her stand will also have her name and logo on it.

This comes after the Vtuber hit a major milestone. In July 2021, it was revealed that she has more subscribers than Kizuna AI, who was previously the most popular Vtuber.
Good Smile Company says pre-orders for the Gawr Gura Nendoroid will open “soon.”
