New Shin Megami Tensei V Trailer Sets Up Its Story

Nintendo uploaded yet another Shin Megami Tensei trailer, and this one offers additional insights. It’s a localization of a video already released in Japan. It begins by introducing this installment’s avatar and showing how he made a pack to become a Nahobino. It then shows what it will be like to battle and explore in this different version of Tokyo. Here’s the full video. It begins with a story segment that shows the avatar both in his original and new versions of Tokyo. Then, it shows a bit of exploration. After that, it focuses on the battles people will fight in Shin Megami Tensei V. We see some of the new and old demons who will be on people’s sides. That’s followed by a look at interactions with demons in the other world. There are peeks at negotiation, interactions with shopkeepers, and general conversations with NPC demons people will meet in the world.

Here’s the full look at the new Shin Megami Tensei V trailer.

Shin Megami Tensei V will come to the Nintendo Switch on November 11, 2021 in Japan and on November 12, 2021 worldwide. Standard launch editions of SMT V will include a Steelbook case, and a collector’s edition with a bag will also appear.
