Silent Hill Skateboards Feature Bubble Head Nurses

Just in time for the summer, Konami will release a new line of Silent Hill merchandise, including limited series skateboards. Pre-orders for the skateboards open on June 23 at 4 PM PST. Other items that will appear in the official Konami shop include items such as pillows and caps, according to the sneak peek on their newsletter.

The skateboards feature the iconic Bubble Head Nurse enemies. With the heavy lines and bright colors, the art falls in line with skater aesthetic. There is one version that shows the more classic tan Bubble Head Nurse. It also displays the words “Welcome to Brookhaven Hospital” at the bottom. There is another version in which the Bubble Head Nurse appears in psychedelic yellow, blue, and pink.

According to the Konami store newsletter, other merchandise that will appear in the near future includes pillows, caps, t-shirts, and hoodies. Though not official from Konami, Gecco released t-shirts based off of Robbie the Rabbit from Silent Hill 3 earlier this year.

While Silent Hill has remained in public consciousness via collaborations with horror games such as Dead by Daylight and Dark Deception: Monsters and Mortals, no games have appeared on consoles since the early 2010s. The last mainline entry was in 2012, when Silent Hill: Downpour came out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

More information on the price and release dates will appear on the Konami Shop Twitter in the future. The Silent Hill skateboards will be available for pre-order from June 23, 2021 on the Konami online store.
