Genshin Impact 1.5 Beneath the Light of Jadeite Trailer Shows Zhongli and Yanfei

Ahead of the Genshin Impact 1.5 April 16, 2021 broadcast, miHoYo shared a Beneath the Light of Jadeite trailer. It hints at a number of things we’ll see in the update. Namely, there’s a peek at Zhongli’s return, a look at the new four-star catalyst user Yanfei, and a new boss fight. It also looks at Eula, an upcoming cryo, five-star claymore user. The update will arrive April 28, 2021.

The video begins with a look at a new boss fight. Prior to 1.5, people could encounter an NPC named Jiu at Mt. Hulao. She talked about a wrongfully sealed adepti that will soon be freed. As the video begins, that new opponent breaks loose. However, Zhongli is there to fight it. After that, we get to see the two new characters. Yanfei’s moveset is teased. Then, after that, we see Eula have her moment.

After that, a number of existing characters appear and a new event with a Serenitea Pot System is teased. Beidou, Diona, and Sucrose are among the other characters who appear in these segments.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, and mobile devices. It will come to the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch as well. Genshin Impact 1.5 Beneath the Light of Jadeite will appear on April 28, 2021.
