Aniplex has revealed a new release date forĀ Everyday: Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family. After some delays, the cooking game based on the Fate/stay night spin-off manga and anime will now launch on April 28, 2021. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]
First revealed on New Year’s Eve 2019, the game initially received a Spring 2020 release window. However, Aniplex announced its first in May 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Although the company still tried to release the game within 2020, it was ultimately delayed even further in November 2020.
Everyday: Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family features a new story depicting the daily cooking life of Shirou Emiya and his friends. It will contain 8 mini-games based on cooking activities like cutting and frying, with support for both button and Joy-Con controls. The game also features daily tasks that reward points to unlock new costumes and photos.
Aniplex published a new trailer to mark the confirmation of the new release date, but its YouTube channel has been region locked to Japan only. However, the company has confirmed that this game will be available in North America with English language support as well.
Everyday: Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family will release digitally for the Nintendo Switch on April 28, 2021.
