Life is Strange: True Colors Will Appear in September

The new Life is Strange game appeared during the March 2021 Square Enix Presents, as promised. On September 10, 2021, Life is Strange: True Colors will launch. The Deck Nine game will be available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and Stadia. As usual, we’ll follow another superpowered young person learning to deal with newfound abilities. This time, Alex Chen can see people’s auras. Its Steam page is even open. It won’t be episodic this time around.

The title refers to the protagonist’s ability. Alex is an empath attempting to find out more about how her brother died. You’ll also be able to romance or make friends with Ryan and Steph, two people in Haven Springs. As pointed out on the Steam page, the Deluxe Edition will include a Wavelengths story where Steph is the hero. There will also be a Hero Outfit Pack with clothing for Alex inspired by Chloe, Max, Daniel, and Sean.

This will be the fourth Life is Strange game so far. The original two games were made by Dontnod, and there were spin-offs for both called  The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit and Life is Strange: Before the Storm. Previously, the only one Deck Nine worked on was Before the Storm, which acted as a prequel to the original Life is Strange and followed Chloe.

Life is Strange: True Colors will launch on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and Google Stadia on September 10, 2021.
