Animal Crossing: New Horizon Magnets Will Appear in May

The next pieces of Animal Crossing: New Horizons merchandise will offer ways to leave notes. Bandai will sell Animal Crossing Chara-Magnets. Each pack will include one random magnet, one card inspired by stationery from the game, and one piece of gum for 200円 (~$1.90). They will begin to appear in Japan in May 2021. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

The Animal Crossing magnets all feature designs from the Nintendo Switch game. 10 cards, with designs like the ones you’ll find at Dodo Airlines, will appear. There will also be 16 animals on the magnets.

Here’s a picture of the Animal Crossing cards you might get. The Balloons, Fantasy-Stars, Hibiscus, and Star designs all may appear.

Here’s a list of the people that appear on the magnets. Four of them, Dom, Judy, Raymond, and Sherb, are the new villagers that appear in Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the first time in the series.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available for the Nintendo Switch. Its next free update will appear at the end of January 2021. The Animal Crossing magnets will appear in Japan in May 2021, and Amazon Japan is already taking pre-orders.
