The New Genshin Impact Albedo Trailer Includes a Klee Cameo

Another day, another Genshin Impact trailer. This one once again focuses on the newest five-star in the game. The latest Genshin Impact Albedo trailer is here and continues a tradition established in videos involving him. That is, he’s not the only familiar face there. While his last trailer also had Sucrose in it, this latest one includes Klee as a guest star.

This makes sense, as Klee is one of the characters who talked about Albedo before his official debut in Genshin Impact. In each character’s section in the menu, you can earn voiced lines by using them and building up a “friendship.” Klee offers her thoughts on different Knights of Favonius and Mondstadt-region characters, and Albedo is among them. (She described him as nice, patient, and having a “secret code” for her that is clearly not a secret.)

Klee cameo aside, this new clip is really something of a music video. Albedo offers an introduction and discusses alchemy, but the footage really showcases his moveset while a track from the game plays in the background.

Here’s the new Genshin Impact Albedo trailer, "Contemplation in Chalk." Make sure you stick around until the very end, after it fades to black, to hear Albedo’s comments on Klee’s finishing move.

Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PC, Android devices, and Apple iOS devices. It will also eventually appear on the Nintendo Switch. The Albedo banner will be available between December 23, 2020 and January 12, 2021. The Ganyu banner will follow it.
