It looks like the Minaduki cat girls will be home for Christmas. At least, they will when it comes to the Nekopara Vol 4 Switch release. The Japanese eShop product page is live, confirming people can pick up the visual novel on December 22, 2020. This means it’ll appear about one month after the PC version, which debuted on November 26, 2020. [Thanks, Gematsu!]
This falls in line with previous updates. Back in September 24, 2020, we learned the Switch and PS4 versions of Nekopara Vol 4 would both appear in December 2020. Exact dates weren’t available back then. At the moment, the Japanese PlayStation Store only has listings for the first three games available. Also, only the Japanese eShop page is live. None of the North American or European listings are online yet.
As a reminder, Nekopara Vol 4 takes Kashou, his sister Shigure, and all of the family’s cat girls as to places like a hot spring and France, all while Kashou continues to work toward making his La Soliel cafe and shop a success. The newest catgirl in the series, Fraise, is introduced in this installment.
The Nekopara Vol 4 Switch version will appear in Japan on December 22, 2020 with English, Japanese, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese subtitles. If it follows the same pattern as Nekopara Vol 1-3, it should appear in the North American eShop and on the PlayStation 4 on the same day. It is immediately available on PCs worldwide.
