Owndays released Mobile Suit Gundam-branded Smart Audio Glasses in Japan. These high-tech glasses come with both a built-in speaker and microphone, so they can also double as a headset that connects wirelessly to a smartphone. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
Owndays published a couple of trailers showcasing the gadget’s features. In addition to the built-in speaker and microphone, the glasses allows you to swipe the side handle to control volume. The Japanese official website added that the glasses also conform to the international IP54 standard that prevents water and dust from entering in any direction.

Another trailer for the Smart Audio Glasses showed how the gadget is actually used. You can tap the right temple handle to receive a phone call, lightly tap it to listen to music, and tap it twice to activate the phone’s voice assistant. The audio glasses can also be connected wirelessly to a laptop to use as a headset. The device will turn off automatically when the glasses are no longer worn.
