Square Enix has announced that the Dragon Quest-themed tavern, Luida’s Bar, will reopen in Japan on November 13, 2020. The bar had to shut down back in September due to COVID-19, but we’ll see it back in business at the end of this week with new menu items. [Thanks, 4Gamer.]
The Luida’s Bar was previously located in Roppongi, Akasaka, but it will reopen at a new Akihabara location this Friday. The reopening will take place just in time for the Luida’s Bar 10th anniversary to wrap up.
The Dragon Quest Special Course will also be available at the Akihabara location. It’s a three-hour course that comes with all of the above menu items for 4,000 yen per person.
The Dragon Quest Slime Pudding is one of the limited edition items commemorating Luida’s Bar’s reopening. It comes with blue raspberry and strawberry milk flavors. It costs 730G for the pudding alone or 1,700G for a set that includes the collectible glass (1G = 1 yen).
Those who visit Luida’s Bar during the reopening celebration from November 13, 2020, to November 20, 2020, will receive three bonuses:
- Slime Meat Bun (one per person)
- 500G Coupon (good for your next visit)
- Two Mini Medal Stamps
Furthermore, the first 400 customers to visit from November 13, 2020, to November 15, 2020, will receive a special Dai card for the arcade game Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai – Xross Blade.
