Google announced an upcoming Star Wars Jedi Stadia version for its cloud gaming platform. The news comes from the first day of the Good Stuff announcements via official YouTube channel on October 20, 2020. This first video highlighted new games coming soon to the service, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be available on Stadia starting on November 24, 2020.
Fans of cloud gaming will soon be able to enjoy the single-player action-adventure game on different devices at their leisure. The Stadia version of the game boasts “no downloads or updates” and the ability to “play across screens.” The announcement comes with an new trailer for the title, along with other game announcements. You can check out the full presentation below.
Though the title originally launched back in 2019, there’s still plenty to experience one year later as players follow this lone Jedi. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order received a free update earlier in 2020, which added a new game plus mode, customizable challenges, and a new costume. After the rocky reception of Star Wars Battlefront II, fans received Jedi: Fallen Order quite positively.
The YouTube video featured a few more games coming to Stadia, including the Pac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle demo, which is only available until October 27, 2020. The demo will eventually release for other platforms, but it’s currently only on Google Stadia.
The Star Wars Jedi Stadia version will launch on November 24, 2020. It is immediately available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
