English Scarlet Nexus Kasane Trailer Shows Off the Playable Heroine’s Voice Acting

At the 2020 Tokyo Game Show, a Scarlet Nexus Kasane Randall trailer offered a better look at a character who has been a pretty big mystery so far. Now a trailer with English voice acting, more details about her life, and a big batch of screenshots from the game have been shared. Oh, and we also know that both Kasane and Yuito storylines will be the two possible protagonists, each with their own campaigns, in the game.

Like many of the people we’ve met, Kasane has supernatural abilities who protects ordinary people from these creatures attacking New Himuka. Though Kasane’s age isn’t known, she could be far older than she looks. We also know from Bandai Namco’s updates that the Randall family adopted her after her own parents were killed by Others.

As the TGS 2020 trailer pointed out, Yuito Sumeragi almost died in one of these attacks, but was saved by a woman who said, “You have to live, no matter what.” Naturally, the trailer “suggests” who that someone was.

Scarlet Nexus will come to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. It will offer two storylines for players to explore, with one telling Yuito’s tale and the other’s Kasane’s.
