Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot added Super Saiyan God in its first DLC and the second will add Super Saiyan Blue for both Goku and Vegeta. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]
We still don’t have much info on the Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC “New Power Awakens – Part 2” but it confirmed that the story will continue with Goku and Vegeta gaining the ability to go Super Saiyan Blue. (Note: the game calls it “Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan” instead of Super Saiyan Blue. )
While in Super Saiyan Blue form, Goku and Vegeta will have access to new moves such as “Ultimate Vanish” and “God Speed Fist.” Unfortunately, we still don’t have a release date or window for the Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC 2. However, now that we’re finally getting new info on it, it shouldn’t be much longer until we hear more from Bandai Namco.
The New Power Awakens – Part 1 DLC released in April 2020. In the DLC, players got to check out a game exclusive original story where Goku and Vegeta train to awaken Super Saiyan God. In addition to gaining the new form, players are provided with opportunities to gain more experience points.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
