Funimation also noted which episodes of the Persona 5 anime it will have available. In addition to the normal 26 episode run, it will have the two special episodes “Dark Sun” and “Stars and Ours.” This means there will be parity with the version available currently via Crunchyroll in Japanese with English subtitles, as it also has all 26 episodes and the two special episodes immediately available.

As a reminder, this dub will feature voice actors from the game. Here’s the full cast list.

  • Ren Amamiya: Xander Mobus
  • Ann Takamaki: Erika Harlacher
  • Futaba Sakura: Erica Lindbeck
  • Goro Akechi: Robbie Daymond
  • Haru Okumura: Xanthe Huynh
  • Makoto Niijima: Cherami Leigh
  • Morgana: Cassandra Lee Morris
  • Ryuji Sakamoto: Max Mittelman
  • Yusuke Kitagawa: Matt Mercer

Persona 5 is available for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, while Persona 5 Royal is available for the PlayStation 4. Persona 5 the Animation will be available through Funimation on August 18, 2020 and will come to Blu-ray in a complete set on September 29, 2020.
