We now know when a recently delayed game will appear. The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope release date is now October 30, 2020. This means everyone will have an additional horror game option to add to their potential Halloween 2020 picks.
This comes after a pandemic-related delay. Originally, people were supposed to see the second entry in Supermassive’s The Dark Pictures Anthology in Summer 2020. However, the move to remote work led to a Fall 2020 delay. Now it’s new release date lines up this spooky sort of game with a holiday that celebrates all things scary.
Here’s a trailer celebrating the announcement and setting the stage for the new adventure.
As a reminder, there is a pre-order bonus for the game. However, it isn’t for anything exclusive. Each The Dark Pictures Anthology game has a Curator’s Cut mode that gives people playing through the games alone access to what would normally be multiplayer content. The original game unlocked it after you beat the game and was available after launch. With Little Hope, pre-ordering would give people “early access” to its Curator’s Cut feature.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope release date is now October 30, 2020. It will appear on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
