Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition is now available to pre-order on the PlayStation 4. Upon pre-ordering Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition on the PlayStation Network Store, all users who have pre-ordered this upcoming remaster will receive a special Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles PS4 Theme. Fans of this entry may recognize the artwork used for it, as it draws from the original game. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition is a remaster of the original GameCube title. However, with this new version you will be able to play online with friends across multiple platforms. Additionally, this remaster will come with more dungeons and a unique feature to allow players to customize their avatar to look like NPCs met throughout the story.

A Lite version will also be released the same day as the standard edition. The Lite edition is a a demo that new players can try out at their leisure. However, the Lite version comes with plenty of benefits for those who want to engage in cooperative play with their friends that own the full game.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Edition will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and both Android and Apple iOS devices in Japan and North America on August 27, 2020. The Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles PS4 theme will be available that same day.
