Trials of Mana Will Get Dashing Options in its Day One Update

Trials of Mana will release at the end of this week and Square Enix shared details on its day one update. The update version 1.0.1 will available when the game releases on April 24.

The update will be available for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam) versions of the game. It will add a dash method option that allows you to pick from three different dash types:

  • Standard: Press the dash button to start dashing. To go back to the normal speed you can press it again, stop moving, or go into battle.
  • Continuous: Press the dash button to start dashing. You can only go back to normal speed by pressing the dash button.
  • Automatic: Automatically starts dashing after 1 second of movement.

The Trials of Mana ver 1.0.1 update also includes several minor bug fixes. The Steam version will already include the update.
