Minecraft has been a huge hit with kids in Japan for many years and it finally got an official manga.
The manga kicked off on the May 2020 issue of CoroCoro Comic which released today in Japan.

The manga features original characters, action-packed scenes and crafting.
The title of the manga is Minecraft: Journey to the World’s End. The protagonist is a 10-year old kid named Nico White. In addition to Nico, there are many other original characters. The manga will also feature many familiar monsters from the game. Fans will get to check out many familiar elements from the game. For example, mining, crafting, and even items found in Minecraft.
Here’s Nico being a royal pain in the ass. They say that he specializes in digging. He apparently used to trouble his caretakers every day by destroying the walls and floors to run outdoors. Good grief.
The first chapter starts out with an introduction for Nico and the folks at Teo Village. Things are peaceful with Nico getting scolded by his mother on a daily basis. However, one day during a mining gig and he falls into trouble after he and his friends have a little mishap.
Minecraft is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3DS, PC, iOS, Android, and more.
