New Yakuza Online Trailer Has Series Antagonist Ryuji Goda and Joon-Gi Han Meeting Face to Face

Yakuza Online Ryuji Goda Han Joon Gi

Ryuji Goda will be making his returning to the Yakuza franchise, but only through Yakuza Online. As previously announced, the Yakuza 2 antagonist will be receiving his own story through the app. While this story isn’t so much of an extension, this new chapter will cover Ryuji’s life before he became leader of the Go-Ryu Clan. Goda finds himself expelled from the Omi Alliance and arrives in Tsukimino only to meet a mysterious man. That person is none other than Joon-gi Han of Yakuza 6 (and Yakuza: Like A Dragon) fame. A new video teasing Joon-gi’s involvement in this story, along with a new key art image, have also been published. You can find the trailer for this new chapter of Yakuza Online below. While Joon-gi Han’s role in the story hasn’t been detailed, his connection to the Jingweon Mafia will probably be important.
