Street Fighter Swimsuit Special Collection and Other Udon Art Books Delayed

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Another upcoming release is being delayed as a result of the effects of COVID-19 coronavirus. Udon has announced multiple titles will be pushed back. This is due to production delays in China, where the books are made, as a result of the disease. At the moment, three titles have all been delayed, and almost every one has to do with a Capcom series. Street Fighter: Swimsuit Special Collection is even among them.

The first book to get delayed is Mega Man: Robot Master Field Guide Updated Edition. This hardcover book was supposed to arrive on March 31, 2020, but will now appear on April 29, 2020. It will be $29.99. Next is Street Fighter World Warrior Encyclopedia: Arcade Edition, a $44.99 hardcover look at the characters. It will appear on May 26, 2020 instead of April 14, 2020. Street Fighter: Swimsuit Special Collection has the shortest delay of them all. The $39.99 harcover book, which was supposed to appear on June 23, 2020, will now launch a week later on June 30, 2020.

The other three books that won’t be negatively affected all had May and June release dates. Both hardcover Breath of Fire: Official Complete Works, which will be $49.99, and Mega Man Star Force: Official Complete Works, $44.99, will be available on May 19, 2020. The Art of Darksiders: Genesis, the lone title not based on a Capcom game, will appear on June 30, 2020 for $49.99.
