Yumeutsutsu Re:Master is a yuri visual novel developed by Kogado Studio’s Chimarisu-san Team, the team behind Nurse Love Syndrome and Nurse Love Addiction. Like their other visual novels, the title is about working adults, but rather than being set in a hospital, the game is set at a small game studio called Eureka Software, with protagonist Ai Otori being the latest member on the game development team. (Essentially, the developers are drawing upon their own experiences in game development.) The game released last year.

Ai has joined Eureka Software for a chance at reuniting with her sister Kokoro, whom she has an estranged relationship with due to their parents’ separation. Aside from Kokoro, Ai will meet and possibly fall in love with other members of the game development team.

There are five character routes in Re:Master, and as such, Yumeutsutsu Re:After has five stories, each featuring the life of Ai and each heroine after becoming lovers. Kogado Studio promises sweet, lovey-dovey goodness in these side stories that might give you diabetes if you aren’t careful.

Yumeutsutsu Re:After releases on PC as a physical version in Japan, and there will be a limited edition as well. The game also releases digitally on PC via Steam. The PlayStation Vita release comes in both physical and digital versions, while the PlayStation 4 version will be PS Store digital-only. Finally, the Nintendo Switch version releases physically as a bundle with Re:Master, and separately on the eShop. All the versions above will cost 4,800 yen (around $44 USD), except for the Switch physical bundle, which will cost 7,800 yen (around $71 USD).

Yumeutsutsu Re:After releases on PC, Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch on April 23, 2020. The preceding game, Yumeutsutsu Re:Master, is available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch.
