Details on the next Fire Emblem: Three Houses DLC class have been revealed! The Japanese Twitter account has offered a look at the Dark Flier, which is known as the Dark Pegasus in Japan. This is a class exclusive to the Cindered Shadows add-on and it is only available for women. (In Fire Emblem Fates, there is the gender-neutral Dark Falcon instead.)

The Fire Emblem: Three Houses Dark Flier is an aerial class. This means it has greater movement, at the expense of being susceptible to archers. People in this class can use swords and reason magic. It is designed to be a mage killer, though. It has a new skill called Transmute. (Editor’s Note: This article has been updated with the localized name of the skill.) If it is hit by an enemy’s reason or faith spell during the enemy’s turn, all of the Dark Flier’s stats will have a temporary +3 bonus during the player’s next turn.

This means two of the four new Fire Emblem: Three Houses DLC classes have been revealed. We already got a better look at Trickster. The other two new roles will be the Valkyrie and War Cleric.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses is available for the Nintendo Switch. Cindered Shadows will come to North America on February 12, 2020 and Europe and Japan on February 13, 2020.
