Best Buy’s Resident Evil 3 Steelbook Has Jill and Nemesis on It

A new retailer-exclusive promotion has been revealed for Capcom’s next game. Best Buy will be giving a Resident Evil 3 Steelbook away with standard copies of the game. This normally $19.99 case is would be available with a $59.99 PlayStation 4 or Xbox One version of the game. [Thanks, Wario64!]

Art for the Resident Evil 3 Steelbook was shared on the product page. The front features the game’s logo underneath a picture of Nemesis. On the back of the case is a clear picture of Jill Valentine in her new outfit. (There’s no text there, so all you have is her portrait.) The game’s name is labeled clearly on the spine. As a reminder, Resident Evil 2 also received its own Steelbook case, though it showed up in the collector’s edition back then.

For those who want something a little more elaborate, there is also a $179.99/£214.99 Resident Evil 3 Collector’s Edition. In the US, that is a GameStop exclusive, but it isn’t so limited in Europe. Its highlight is a Jill figure that pairs well with the Leon S. Kennedy figure from the Resident Evil 2 Collector’s Edition.

Resident Evil 3 will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 3, 2020, and it will include Resident Evil: Resistance.
