Another Animal Crossing New Horizons preorder incentive has been revealed. This time, it’s a more thoughtful way to help keep your mind in the game. Those who shop at Target will get an Animal Crossing-themed journal. [Thanks, Reddit!]

Target’s Animal Crossing: New Horizons preorder notebook is green with the trademark grass design on the cover. Tom Nook is in the bottom right corner with Timmy and Tommy Nook. It includes both a planner with 2020 calendar in it, and the ad notes that only a limited number of the preorder journals will be available.

The Target ad also brings up another bit of Animal Crossing: New Horizons merchandise. The store is taking preorders for the Power A wireless Animal Crossing controllers. Only the K.K. Slider design is shown in the flyer, but a second design with Timmy and Tommy will also be sold. Each one will be $49.99.

Now that the release date is drawing nearer, all sorts of Animal Crossing: New Horizons preorder incentives are appearing. Best Buy gives people a Tom Nook tech badge. GAME UK is giving away a tote bag. You can also find a stationary set at Smyth’s Toys, keychains at Argos or ShopTo, and a K.K. Slider pin at FNAC.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will come to the Nintendo Switch worldwide on March 20, 2020.
