Isometric strategy game CRW Metal Jacket on the PC-98 has been fan translated into English from Japanese by 46 OkuMen.

 

The game is a strategy game that plays something like the first X-COM game, except with mecha pilots in real-time. You are able to upgrade the mecha units and the pilots for each mission they survive.
