It appears Konami is. The Dance Dance Revolution publisher filed a trademark for Dance Dance Evolution in Europe.

Dance Dance Evolution is good for video game software and online computer games, which narrows down speculation quite a bit. In addition to this trademark, we spotted Cross Board 7 also registered by Konami.
