And here’s the game Nintendo chose to show the 3DS off with at their press conference. This one is developed by Project Sora, the studio led by Masahiro Sakurai, creator of Kirby and Smash Bros. At their conference, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata revealed that Sora was set up specifically to develop games for the 3DS.

Nintendo’s fact sheet for the game touts “fast-paced and action-packed blend of aerial and ground-based shooting built on elegantly intuitive and streamlined play control.”
