Nintendo 3DS Lets You Take 3D Pictures

“A touchscreen and 3D screen do not get along very well,” said Nintendo president Iwata at the company’s E3 2010 press conference. Because of this, only the 3DS’s bottom screen will include touch capabilities, as suspect. The top flap of the unit houses a 3.5″-wide screen. Additionally, the system features a slider that allows you to fully customize the degree of the stereoscopic 3D effect.

The system has one camera inside and two on the outside. You can take 3D images with the device. In addition, the 3DS includes a slide pad, motion-sensor and gyroscope. Oh, and better graphics of course.
