It’s A Me Luigi, I’m A Playable In Super Mario Galaxy 2

Luigi started last generation off with his own spin-off, Luigi’s Mansion. That didn’t really pan out so Nintendo brought Luigi back for the Super Mario Galaxy series. This time he has more than a cameo.

You can play as Luigi in Super Mario Galaxy 2. He appears to have all of Mario’s abilities and suits, in other words he can ride blimp Yoshi and bowl through enemies as Rock Luigi as demonstrated in this video. We’re not sure how or if Luigi is different from his portly brother.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 lands in North America first on May 23.
