Square Enix Cafe Expands To Shanghai, China

Square Enix Cafe is opening a new branch – their first outside of Japan, and it will be located in Shanghai, China.

In addition to serving an original menu, like the other branches in Tokyo and Osaka the Shanghai branch will also be themed around various Square Enix games, which will switch periodically. Square Enix Cafe Shanghai will be themed around Final Fantasy XIV at first.

There will also be a goods section where people can buy Square Enix merchandise, and Square Enix says that ‘the store will be used as a flagship store in order to expand recognition of their games and services’.
