Turbo Mode Added To The Legend Of Heroes: Trails In The Sky PC Entries

XSEED has updated the PC versions of each entry in The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky trilogy. Trails in the Sky FC, SC, and the 3rd now each have an optional Turbo Mode and DirectX9 beta version. After downloading the latest patch, both features will be added to all three games.

To set the Turbo Mode rate, you need to open the Configuration Tool before you play. Under the Input tab, you will be able to set the Field Turbo Rate and Battle Turbo Rate. In each category, the options are: off,  1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Since this is the initial version of Turbo Mode for all three The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky games, there may be some bugs.

As for the DirectX9 beta versions, all you need to do is click “Play DirectX9 version (Beta!)” before you begin playing. Sara Leen, one of Xseed Games’ programmers, notes that The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC’s DX9 version will likely be the most buggy of the three, as it had no version of it until today.
