Airtone will send players flying through colorful worlds, hurtling through these bright places as they shake, trace, and pull the shapes that fly by to keep up with the music in this virtual reality rhythm game.
Players will be joined by Neon, an android ally in this new world they find themselves in. With her, they’ll fly over various different stages and cities, using different actions with the controllers to interact with the notes that hurtle into their flight path. Using various hand gestures, players will have to keep up with the music, touching and interacting with them as the songs increase in complexity.
As players do well with each track, they will collect Rhythm Points that can be used to unlock new stages, new songs, and new items for the room they stay in when not flying over the world. Doing so will also advance the game’s story, moving players deeper into its music-based narrative.
Airtone is available now on Steam.
