Mina finds herself drawn to a strange doll at a doll gallery, eventually finding it holds a supernatural power that will put her at odds with that hidden forces that control history in visual novel The Shadows of Pygmalion.
Mina gains the power to see Puppets from her connection with the doll, Ruka. Puppets are a secret force that have manipulated history for years, and Ruka’s loaned powers will help Mina find and destroy these beings, should players choose to have her do so.
Over the course of the game, the players will meet several other people who have been drawn into this world, including genius elementary school students, Chinese businesswomen, and fellow students, all of whom she can get closer to as she decides what to do with this new, strange turn to her life.
It is up to the player to help Mina with her new life, get to know her new potential allies, and decide whether the Puppets are the only danger coming for her.
