Adventure game Alone With You, in which the player’s only friends are holograms of a long-dead space colony’s crew, will be releasing on PS4 and Vita (with cross-buy compatibility) on August 23.
Alone With You has players acting as the only remaining member of a terraforming colony. They only have a short time left until they will find themselves doomed as well, and will work with an AI partner to find the parts they need to repair an escape pod to get away. They will do so through adventure gameplay, finding important items to use in their getaway.
As players work to escape the abandoned colony of Alone With You, they’ll be able to talk with the place’s long-dead crew. Revived as holographic representations that contain each crew member’s personality, the player will even be able to grow closer to these digital remains, romancing people who have been gone for some time.
