Phantasy Star Online 2’s Final Fantasy XIV Crossover Event Has Begun

Sega has just released Phantasy Star Online 2’s 4th anniversary update, titled “Beyond the Borders,” in Japan.

This update brings with it a new Tanabata event as well as a huge amount of items, quests, weapons and armor inspired by Final Fantasy XIV. Odin also makes an appearance as a boss fight. This collaboration was originally announced back in March during the “Phantasy Star Thanksgiving 2016″ event.
