Koei Tecmo shared the latest on their upcoming Berserk game by Omega Force with a new trailer and details on its official website.

Koei Temco’s Berserk mixes the series’ characteristic brutal style with the one-vs.-thousand style of the Musou series. You’ll get to swing around a great sword that is larger than yourself, plow through enemies as part of the “Slash and Crush” action of the game.

Starting from the “Golden Age Arc” of Berserk, the game will show Guts in his journey as he meets comrades, and it’ll go all the way until the end of the “Millennium Falcon Arc,” making it for an experience to relive the magnificent world of Berserk. Again, intense scenes reproduced from the film and anime will be depicted using 3D models, along with more interactions that weren’t shown in the movie.

As far as characters go, it features the protagonist Guts along with various other popular characters that bring their own unique actions to the battlefield. Characters will also be voiced by their respective voice talents from the upcoming movie and anime.

Berserk will release in Japan on September 21, 2016 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. The game is headed Westward for PS4, PS Vita, and PC.
